We’re looking for someone to lead operations for our new products, starting with employee salary loans and credit cards. You will be responsible for taking a new product from v1 and building it into something that delivers great value to our customers.
The ideal candidate has strong problem solving and analytical skills, is a proven operator who knows how to make things happen in reality, and knows what it is to build and manage a team of exceptional talent. You will be comfortable working with data, eager to tackle tricky problems in ambiguous circumstances, and able to partner with other people and work with senior stakeholders.
Please note: this role will be located in the Philippines. Relocation and sponsorship is available.
