Head of Medical Community Clinical

As Head of Medical Community - Clinical, you will be responsible for quality of medical information provided on our Alodokter chat and Alomedika platforms.  Main focus will be on improving the medical quality for our medical chat application and the medical education information on our platform for doctor medical education (Alomedika).  Doctor in this role will need to have a broad medical knowledge with excellent understanding of evidenced based medical practice.  Previous experience in medical education, either formal teaching experience or bedside coaching is required, as well as the ability to interpret medical science(journal articles) into daily clinical practice.    

1. Provide leadership in clinical medicine to our team of doctors
2. Improve medical quality quality of medical information and practices provided by our freelance medical advisors, both GPs and Specialists to our users
3. Maintain and improve the medical quality of Alomedika, our medical education platform for doctors
4. Undertake clinical audit to assess our performance against clinical benchmarks, and improve 

Who are we looking for:

1. Education: Degree in Medicine
2. Experience: 8+ years of experience as a medical doctor. Experience in medical education of doctors is a bonus.  
3. Medical Knowledge: Broad medical knowledge and with commitment to keeping up to date with quality evidence based medical information.  Ability to explain medical information and interpret medical science (journal articles)  in easy to understand language
4. Language - English: Excellent written and verbal skills in English, with the ability to give clear explanations.  Understanding of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus, but not necessary.
