Head of Marketing

At Tylko, the Head of Marketing owns the end-to-end global marketing strategy — from brand and storytelling to performance and growth — with a clear mandate to build a strong, distinctive, and future-proof global brand.

This role combines brand leadership, omnichannel excellence, and measurable business impact. You will be responsible for shaping a seamless brand experience across all channels and markets, ensuring consistency, relevance, and scalability throughout the entire customer journey.

As a strategic partner to the Board, you will define global brand positioning, lead integrated campaigns, PR, social media, influencer marketing, and content, and work closely with product, e-commerce, and tech teams to embed the brand into digital experiences.

In an AI-driven marketing landscape, you will ensure that technology accelerates — not replaces - what matters most: authenticity, purpose, human creativity, and cultural relevance. Building and nurturing a strong, values-driven community will be a core part of strengthening trust, loyalty, and long-term brand equity.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can balance strategy and execution, creativity and data, innovation and meaning - and who wants to shape a globally recognized brand at the intersection of design, technology, and responsibility.

Once you join our team, you will be responsible for:

Marketing and Brand Strategy

  • Designing and evolving a long-term, integrated marketing strategy encompassing brand, communication, PR, social media, influencer marketing, campaigns, digital, and omnichannel experience, with a direct impact on business results.

  • Full ownership of global brand positioning and the development of distinctive, hard-to-copy brand equity across international markets.

  • Defining and implementing brand architecture, including the brand platform, values, mission, tone of voice, key messages, and narratives.

  • Ensuring strategic alignment across brand, performance marketing, e-commerce, digital experience, product, and physical-digital touchpoints.

  • Working closely with the Board to define business and marketing objectives and participate in strategic decision-making.

  • Leveraging AI and data-driven tools to enhance personalization, efficiency, and scale, while safeguarding authenticity, purpose, and cultural integrity as non-negotiable strategic foundations.

Brand, Communication, and Consistency

  • Full responsibility for brand and communication consistency across all channels and touchpoints, aligning global standards with local market nuances.

  • Establishing, enforcing, and evolving visual and communication standards across the entire organization (Marketing, PR, HR, Product, CX).

  • Acting as the steward of brand authenticity and purpose in an environment of automation and AI-driven content, ensuring trust, emotional depth, and meaning are preserved.

  • Supervising brand storytelling across product communication, campaigns, and employer branding.

  • Unifying B2C and B2B communication as well as local market narratives under one coherent global brand story.

PR and External Communication

  • Ownership of global and local PR strategies, positioning Tylko as a leader in design, personalization, technology, and responsible innovation.

  • Building and maintaining strong brand presence across key media and industry platforms.

  • Supervising corporate, product, and crisis communication.

  • Managing relationships with PR agencies and key media partners.

Social Media, Content & Community

  • Developing and executing a global social media strategy as a core pillar of the brand’s omnichannel ecosystem.

  • Ensuring a consistent tone, aesthetic, and narrative across all platforms, integrated with campaigns, PR, and e-commerce.

  • Building and nurturing a strong, purpose-driven brand community around shared values such as design, responsibility, sustainability, and conscious consumption.

  • Treating community, creators, and engaged audiences as a strategic asset that strengthens authenticity, trust, and cultural relevance in an AI-driven world.

  • Positioning Tylko as a culture-shaping voice at the intersection of design, technology, and responsible living.

House of Influence / Influencer Marketing

  • Developing a comprehensive influencer strategy with measurable impact on awareness, preference, and engagement.

  • Building long-term relationships with creators, designers, architects, and opinion leaders aligned with the brand’s values.

  • Integrating influencer activities seamlessly into brand, product, PR, and community initiatives.

  • Ensuring aesthetic and narrative consistency of collaborations with the brand DNA.

Marketing / Creative Campaigns / Content Ecosystem

  • Developing a cohesive content ecosystem across video, photography, editorial, UGC, and experimental formats, designed to work across channels and stages of the customer journey.

  • Overseeing the full campaign lifecycle from strategy and briefing to execution and performance evaluation.

  • Ensuring creative excellence, originality, and cultural depth, with AI used to augment - not replace - human-led creativity.

  • Implementing innovative communication formats including digital storytelling, immersive experiences, and emerging technologies.

Digital, E-commerce, and Brand Experience

  • Collaborating closely with e-commerce, product, and tech teams to embed the brand into UX/UI, configurator, AR, and the broader omnichannel experience.

  • Ensuring that all digital touchpoints accurately reflect Tylko’s values and brand promise.

  • Supervising consistency, effectiveness, and quality of communication across all sales and contact channels.

Team Leadership and Marketing Structure

  • Building, developing, and leading high-performing marketing teams across brand, PR, social media, content, influencer marketing, and campaigns.

  • Setting clear priorities, standards, and workflows tightly connected to business performance.

  • Managing marketing budgets and resource allocation with a strong focus on ROI.

  • Collaborating with agencies while continuously evaluating the effectiveness of partnerships.

Analysis, KPI, and Growth

  • Defining and monitoring KPIs across the full omnichannel funnel: awareness, perception, engagement, conversion, and retention.

  • Conducting regular brand and communication audits to ensure consistency and quality across markets.

  • Tracking trends in marketing, design, technology, culture, and AI to drive innovation and relevance.

  • Ensuring clear and credible communication of Tylko’s values: sustainability, quality, and responsible consumption.

  • Strengthening the “buy less, buy better” philosophy across products, communication, and community.
