What You’ll Do 

On a daily basis you will:

  • Establish and implement a digital strategy of an adaptive, modern set of digital channels that deliver on a diverse set of business needs[.
  • Participate in go-to-market planning with key stakeholders from across the organization to define, support and grow our portfolio of solutions and service offerings.
  • Understand target buyer needs, define buyer personas and refine specific audiences through targeting and segmentation.
  • Understand the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and impending risks to effectively position against like offerings from other organizations.
  • Manage assigned budget while making recommendations to best optimize marketing spend to accomplish goals.
  • Design, execute and manage demand generation campaigns to help achieve revenue goals using integrated tactics and campaigns – using marketing tactics such as email (Pardot), direct mail, events (virtual and in-person) and teleprospecting (SalesLoft).
  • Collaborate with and manage the relationship with third party agencies for creative and digital marketing work streams.
  • Provide managerial direction and oversee all aspects of performance management for direct reports. Measure and hold all direct reports accountable for meeting defined goals and operational standards.

Who You Are

First of all, you are an accomplished marketing professional with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited, four-year institution and 6-8 years of SaaS marketing experience and 2 years of management/leadership experience.  Specifically, you should have: 

  • Significant experience with Salesforce and Pardot; SEO; and, vendor management.
  • Expert level collaboration skills, applied successfully within a team as well as other areas.
  • Ability to self-direct and self-motivate your efforts, both short and long term, to meet deadlines and maintain high quality content, without the need for close supervision.
  • Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Strong writing/presentation building, verbal, written, digital and graphic communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated fiscal responsibility and accountability in managing budgets.
  • Advanced problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
