We're looking for a new Head of Marketing to join us and help shape the success of a new Angry Birds Match 3 game launch! In this strategic role, you'll be the heart of the new game’s identity, defining how we connect with players and stand out in the puzzle game landscape. You’ll guide a talented team of experts across user acquisition, product marketing, creative and player experience, to create a long-term strategy that brings joy to millions and drives our business forward. You’ll partner closely with our product team to embed player insights directly into the game, making a real impact on our growth and the player journey. This position is based in Espoo, Finland and follows a hybrid work model with minimum two onsite days per week. You will have impact and fun at work by:
  • Defining our game's unique identity, brand voice, and positioning to ensure we truly connect with our target audience.
  • Leading and supporting a multi-disciplinary marketing team, fostering an enthusiastic culture where everyone is empowered to grow.
  • Designing and executing a holistic Go-To-Market strategy, from pre-launch excitement to long-term promotional phases.
  • Collaborating with our product and finance teams to ensure our marketing budget is used effectively.
  • Researching trends and player motivations in the market to identify new growth opportunities and innovative ways to reach our fans.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders across Transmedia and Central Marketing to create a unified and successful game lifecycle.
  • Experience and skills we are looking for:
  • You have a solid background in marketing leadership (7+ years), with a history of supporting teams across UA, brand, and creative functions.
  • You’re a supportive communicator who enjoys building trust and influencing positive outcomes across different teams and crafts.
  • You understand how to use player insights and market trends to help shape a successful product vision.
  • You have experience launching new games and managing integrated plans that bring together community, creative, and data.
  • You’re comfortable managing budgets and making thoughtful decisions that prioritize sustainable growth.
  • You bring a growth-focused mindset and a genuine passion for creating the best possible experiences for players.
