Your job is to find where the money is and go get it. As our Head of Marketing/Acquisiton, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth, leading a team of specialists to bring in new revenue through paid ads, SEO, and affiliates/partnerships & other channels. We need a leader who obsesses over the numbers, moves fast, and knows how to push a senior team to hit aggressive targets.
Your day-to-day:
Commercial Growth Strategy: Develop and execute an integrated acquisition roadmap (Paid, SEO, Affiliate) that aligns with Webshare’s revenue targets.
Paid Media Growth: Oversee high scale budgets across our paid channels ensuring top tier efficiency and ROAS.
SEO as a New Revenue Driver: Partner with the SEO team & agency to prioritize high-intent, commercially valuable organic traffic that reduces our blended CAC over time.
Affiliate & Partnership Expansion: Grow our affiliate network, identifying new partners and platforms that reach our core audience.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use market intelligence tools to map the user journey from first click to final conversion.
Leadership: Mentor and grow a team of senior specialists, instilling a “revenue first” mindset across the acquisition squad.
Your skills & experience:
3+ years of experience leading a full‑funnel performance marketing team.
Hands‑on experience with multiple ad platforms: Google Ads, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Other market intelligence tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
B2B/SaaS advertising experience is an advantage.
Customer Value Management experience (email and CRM marketing) is an advantage.
Salary:
Gross salary: 4500 - 5500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
