About the role:

The Head of Marketing position will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product awareness and adoption

What you'll do:-

Foundationally build the marketing function and lead a team of marketing professionals who will enhance Beans.ai products and solutions.
Create and execute strategic marketing plans that will help us achieve both our short and long-term goals to accelerate overall business growth ultimately
Own and execute Beans.ai product and branding initiatives to grow further awareness and understanding of our product to prospects and current customers, including go-to-market strategy for new features and product announcements
Lead strategy and optimization of conversion funnels and performance across all marketing channels.
Oversee the development of all content, including developing compelling and differentiated positioning & messaging that effectively translates what we’ve built, why, and for whom.
Partner with internal stakeholders to define, build, and maintain a monthly and annual dashboard of key metrics (MQLs, Pipeline, Revenue) by channel and continually measure, analyze, and report on performance.
Manage agency relationships/contractors to augment the capacity of the in-house team.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field MBA preferred

7+ years of direct management experience with demonstrated success leading and motivating teams as well as managing cross-functional teams
Proven 5+ years of experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, or a similar role.
Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills
Strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen
A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Adept multi-tasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
