About your new role

We’re on the lookout for a results-oriented Head of Marketing to lead our efforts in driving revenue growth, and help build a strong, memorable brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated demand generation strategies, while also shaping and enhancing our brand experience across all touchpoints through creative storytelling. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, strategic, and a passionate leader with a proven track record of building strong brands, generating measurable demand and exceeding demand generation targets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Head of Marketing, you are expected to undertake the following responsibilities as part of your day to day activities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and optimise key demand generation channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to capture strong, qualified leads and drive conversions to the sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the Head of Growth to ensure seamless lead handoff.
  • Develop and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximising ROI.
  • Create and manage content to support demand generation efforts, such as webinars, blog posts, and social media content.
  • Create and manage immersive brand experiences that enhance customer sentiment across all touchpoints, including digital, physical, and experiential.
  • Identify and optimise key demand generation channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Develop and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both brand experience and demand generation initiatives.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

To be successful for this role, you will ideally meet these requirements:

  • Proven industry experience in a SaaS demand generation role, with a track record of driving revenue growth and brand experience.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools such as CRM systems (HubSpot), measuring campaign performances and identifying areas to improve.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Demonstrable experience in identifying and optimising key demand generation channels (digital marketing, content marketing, email, events, partnerships).
  • Experience in developing and managing demand generation budgets, with a focus on efficient resource allocation and ROI maximisation.
  • Previous experience in creating and managing engaging content across multiple platforms, such as webinars, campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Experience in generating regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights to key stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in line management and recruitment duties for small to medium sized marketing teams.
