Head of Marketing (Metaverse/P2E/NFT/Gaming)

Avant Labs is looking for a head of marketing with vast knowledge in crypto, NFT and Gaming spaces for our FPS PVP Blockchain based game, Elarium.

As Head of Marketing you will be responsible for representing the brand publicly and improving the brand identity/proposition, defining marketing strategies, creating and managing social media channels, expanding your marketing team, planning and executing all required campaigns, finding the right resources and planning the time and budget.

A new, exciting and high priority role, with the opportunity to define the marketing agenda. Our new Head of Marketing will have a firm grasp on marketing analytics with a solid understanding of its fundamentals, particularly content and organic social. If you are an experienced marketer who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and are excited to make a massive impact in a market with enormous potential, then this position was made for you!

Note: This is a fully remote position. In order to align with the rest of the team it is important that you operate no more than 3 hours from Central European Time (CET/CEST). We collaborate through modern tooling such as Slack, Google teams, Notion & Github in order to stay aligned during working days and towards our milestones.

Responsibilities


  • Plan, coordinate and execute all marketing operations (e.g. Brand, Social) to grow the Elarium community, customer base and fuel its growth.

  • Continuously monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to help identify new marketing opportunities across gaming/NFT/crypto/blockchain.

  • Develop, implement and measure high impact communications strategies.

  • Establish solid work/team processes, measure success by tracking, analyzing and optimizing marketing activities.

  • Understand customer journeys, take ownership of the relationship with customers and find ways to expand them.

  • Plan and execute campaigns to drive measurable improvements in the company's awareness, user acquisition, and community engagement.

  • Create, own and strategize our content-publishing plan to create a unique, powerful, and consistent brand voice that helps us achieve our goals.

  • Help plan, coordinate and execute web3 engagement strategy to grow our community and user-base (eg. NFT drops and token-gated experiences).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate our brand narrative, product positioning, and messaging with all aspects of the user experience.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to create exciting and engaging content to be shared across our organic and paid channels and manage a content calendar.

  • Liaise with external agencies / agents / paid partnerships and coordinate exposure opportunities.
