You'll own the marketing function end-to-end. This is a hybrid execution + strategy role where you'll build go-to-market motion from scratch, experiment rapidly to find what works, and scale the channels and tactics that show the most promise.
You'll report directly to the CEO, with clear strategic direction on our ICP and positioning, but significant autonomy on execution and experimentation.
Requirements
- Strong written English (you'll be creating/editing content across platforms)
- Self-directed—you'll need to own strategy and experimentation without constant guidance
- Genuine understanding of the builder/no-code/startup mindset (you've used these tools, been part of these communities, or understand the pain points deeply)
- Experience with content creation, community engagement, or creator partnerships in tech/startup spaces
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration—we're still figuring out what works
- Bias toward communication. We talk early when things are blocked and work through problems together.
- High trust, high responsibility. We give real autonomy and expect honesty, accountability, and ownership in return.
Responsibilities
- Manage primary channels (X, LinkedIn) and secondary channels (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit)
- Create and publish a mix of written and video content: product announcements, educational content, behind-the-scenes updates, user stories
- Build genuine community presence—not just broadcasting, but participating authentically in no-code and startup communities
- Track what resonates and iterate on content strategy weekly
- Creator & Influencer Partnerships (30%)
- Design and execute experiments with content creators across relevant verticals (no-code tools, startup tools, internal tools, etc.)
- Identify creators whose audiences align with our ICP
- Prepare partnership briefs, manage budgets, handle outreach, and coordinate content creation
- Build relationships with creators and thought leaders in the space—this is ongoing relationship work, not one-off transactions
- Track results and decide which creator partnerships to scale
- Marketing Experiments & Analytics (20%)
- Run systematic experiments to identify which channels, content types, and audiences drive the most meaningful growth
- Set up tracking and reporting to understand what's working (engagement, clicks, signups, early conversion signals)
- Weekly analysis of what we're learning—what content formats land, which creator verticals resonate, which communities are most engaged
- Propose new experiments based on learnings
- Community & Outreach (10%)
- Participate in relevant communities (Reddit, Discord, Slack communities around no-code tools)
- Light direct outreach to creators you want to collaborate with, engaged community members, or people engaging with your content
- Gather unfiltered feedback on messaging, positioning, and product gaps
Nice to have
- Experience building or using no-code tools (Airtable, Lovable, etc.)
- Track record of growing communities or running successful creator campaigns
- Experience with analytics and data-driven decision making
What Success Looks Like (First 30 Days)
- Social channels active and consistent, initial audience building on primary channels
- 2-3 creator partnership experiments launched and initial results tracked
- Clear understanding of which content formats and topics resonate with our audience
- Weekly learnings document showing what's working and what to double down on or pivot
- Presence established in 2-3 relevant communities with genuine participation
- Clear, shared understanding of what’s working, what’s not, and what to try next
