We are Belvo, an open finance API platform with the bold vision of democratizing access to financial services in Latin America. We enable any financial innovator to access and interpret financial data, as well as initiate payments from their end-users accounts. We’re turning the messy complexities of the Latin American financial ecosystem into a modern set of tools to access and interpret data and move money in a seamless and secure way.
We’re a highly-technical, passionate, and driven team. We are more than 90 people and our team currently represents 20 nationalities. We have offices in São Paulo and Mexico City – while a large portion of us work remotely.
We are tackling a very stimulating problem: connecting fintech innovators with legacy financial infrastructure. We strive to go beyond the limits of what is possible today and to do so in an elegant and developer-first way.

We are pragmatic and customer-focused. We strive to find the right set of trade-offs in order to validate our hypothesis as early as possible, iterating on our products based on customer feedback.

While we are global and remote-friendly, we also operate from our vibrant offices in CDMX and Sao Paulo. To accommodate the various time zones in which we are based, we ensure we’re always synced up between 3 pm and 6 pm, CEST.

Your opportunity:
Guide and implement Belvo’s regional marketing strategy across Latin America, turning company strategy into clear priorities and plans that scale across markets.
Drive full-funnel impact, from brand awareness and positioning to pipeline, conversion, and revenue, using data and insights to continuously refine strategy.
Support Belvo’s presence as a regional thought leader in Open Finance, shaping narratives and ensuring Belvo leads key industry conversations.
Oversee the marketing budget, spend, and investment strategy, allocating resources across channels and markets, tracking ROI, and making trade-offs to maximize long-term impact.
Develop scalable marketing processes and operating rhythms, incorporating automation and AI-powered tools to increase efficiency, quality, and speed as the team and markets scale.
You will be managing and developing the marketing organization, being responsible for fostering performance, engagement, growth, and constructive conflict resolution.
Manage headcount, hiring strategy, and org design, ensuring the right structure and capabilities are in place for Belvo’s next stage of growth.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and other GTM functions to maintain alignment in terms of lead lifecycle management across channels and media.
Partner with Belvo’s founders and leadership team to support demand, and long-term growth, while helping to scale a collaborative and high-impact marketing organization. This senior role requires strategic vision, successful execution and people-centered leadership.
This position may be for you if:
8+ years of experience leading B2B Marketing functions in fintech, SaaS, or technology companies, including managing and growing teams.
Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to plan 6+ months ahead and address challenges thoughtfully.
Demonstrated experience in people management, including performance management, coaching, hiring, and building engaged, highly effective teams.
Exceptional communication skills, able to represent Belvo clearly and effectively in internal, external, and high-stakes settings, and inspire alignment across the company.
Data-driven approach to marketing, with hands-on experience using AI for content production, personalization, performance analysis, and operational efficiency. Focus on revenue and the impact Marketing has on new and existing revenue expansion.
Solid understanding of content-led and organic growth, and how content, SEO/GEO, social, email, PR, and field marketing work together in a B2B context.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., chatbots, copilots, or productivity assistants) to enhance daily workflows and decision-making.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Amazing if:
Experience managing regional or multi-country teams
Familiarity with API platforms, developer tools, or technical audiences
Knowledge of Open Finance regulation
You have leveraged AI to fundamentally change the way you work and / or build amazing projects
Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
