The Global Marketing Director will define, develop and execute a strategic marketing plan, aligned with the product & offerings roadmap and business action plan.
The role targets to build awareness and promote our solution as a value-added service product to the market.
This role requires transverse collaboration with the global sales, insights and technology teams.
Tasks & Responsabilities
Marketing roadmap :
- Build A2MAC1’s Marketing & Branding strategy worldwide, including areas of focus and long term goals
- Develop short and long-term channel growth expansion strategies and execution day-to-day tactic that increase traffic
- Analyze the needs of platform users in order to ensure that our solutions are promoted according to business needs
- Measure the short, medium and long-term impact of marketing strategy and actions.
Marketing activities :
- Responsible for lead generation and pipeline expansion leading to the revenue acquisition and revenue growth within our existing customer base and SME customers jointly with our regions.
- Integrate our company brand and messaging into a unified approach to all marketing content.
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging, for both existing and future products.
- Own the company website and online conversion process
- Collaborate on the implementation of the global CRM and ensure its sustainability long term. This key project includes a global coordination with the Marketing team and other support functions, the implementation of the CRM policies supporting the system and the training of all stakeholders using the system
- Lead to ensure content on our offerings is written and delivered with quality & in timely manner
- Manage and run all social media outreach. Create engagement goals for all social media posts and track metrics across all channels.
- Develop a deep understanding of the target audience, using user insights and data to build marketing campaigns that resonate with the targeted audience
- Lead a competitive watch on our industry and contribute to our differentiation
- Build a thought leadership perception for A2MAC1 together with the C-Level, globally.
Customer & Prospects interaction :
- Create customer acquisition and retention strategies (local event, performance marketing, email marketing, promotions, partnerships, etc.)
- Manage the product marketing strategy to animate our community of customers and prospects around product evolutions
- Organize events to bring together customers and partners.
Management :
- Lead and drive the marketing team worldwide, and animate weekly and monthly meetings
- Assess the Marketing activities & processes across the company and ensure upgrade to best in class standards, with a spirit of continuous improvement.
- Build and report on all required activities such as marketing calendar, lead gen reports, campaign analytics etc.
Requirements
Professional Background
- 5/10 years of experience in Marketing
- You have already operated in an international / global set up
- Experience in B2B DaaS/SaaS and PaaS / Marketplace businesses
- Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
- Proficiency in English and ideally german and or french.
Skills & Abilities
- Proven ability to understand product features and their value / benefits. You must be able to lead on the content creation and messaging (ads, blogs, white papers) around them.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to operate both at a detailed level as well as from a holistic perspective
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact professionally with culturally and linguistically diverse public
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
