✅ Supervise and lead the maintenance team in troubleshooting and repairing Gravure Printing and Lamination machines to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
✅ Actively participate in hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues, diagnosing root causes, and ensuring quick resolution.
✅ Perform and oversee the electrical maintenance of all machinery, ensuring all electrical issues are resolved promptly.
✅ Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program, scheduling and conducting regular maintenance checks to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
✅ Train, guide, and supervise staff in machine maintenance and troubleshooting procedures to improve operational efficiency.
✅ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical standards, maintaining a secure work environment.
Requirements
✔ Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
✔ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for Gravure, Offset, and Digital Printing machines.
✔ Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
✔ Ability to identify and implement cost-effective system upgrades.
✔ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
✔ Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
✔ Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
✔ High attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance.
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
✔ 7+ years of maintenance experience in a printing or manufacturing plant.
✔ Familiarity with Gravure, Offset, or Digital Printing machinery is preferred—but training is available for candidates eager to learn!
✔ Proficiency in English (Fluency required)
