Our client, an international manufacturing company, is seeking a Head of Maintenance to lead maintenance operations at their production site. The role involves managing and developing technical teams, ensuring reliable production, and driving continuous improvement through lean and digitalization initiatives while maintaining high health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility and management of maintenance at the production site;
- Technical and disciplinary management as well as motivation and further development of the employees in the area of responsibility;
- Ensuring customer supply along the entire supply chain;
- Continuous optimization of maintenance processes;
- Ensuring occupational health and safety in the relevant area of responsibility in cooperation with our Health & Safety Manager;
- Establishment and expansion of lean and digitalization projects.
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical degree or further training as a master craftsman/technician;
- Several years of professional experience, including management responsibility in a comparable position, ideally in a multi-shift manufacturing company;
- Very good specialist knowledge of production processes (especially in machining and assembly);
- High level of leadership charisma, entrepreneurial spirit, customer focus, assertiveness and strong communication skills;
- Process-oriented mindset and independent, solution-oriented approach to work;
- Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
