About the role
This isn’t a typical desk job full of endless presentations. You’ll be at the forefront, crafting the strategy that will make this app the leader in Latin America. Based in vibrant Medellín, you’ll lead a motivated junior team, oversee a network of 15–20 active ambassadors, and drive meaningful results day in and day out. As a true player-coach, you’ll both lead and dive in hands-on to execute winning initiatives.
What you’ll own
- Lead and inspire a vibrant network of 15–20 female content creators who are active daily—coordinate, motivate, and maximize their performance.
- Track and analyze paid and organic KPIs every day, swiftly adapting strategies to optimize growth and engagement.
- Discover, negotiate, and secure valuable creator partnerships across Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and other markets.
- Manage 3–4 direct reports while staying deeply involved in hands-on execution.
- Participate in daily strategy calls (Mon / Wed / Fri) alongside the global marketing team to align and innovate.
- Ensure each team member consistently meets their individual KPIs—including content production, views, and engagement metrics.
