We are currently inviting a Head of Key Account Management Group to join our growing international sales team in Vilnius.

In this role, you will lead our Key Account Managers team and take ownership of strategic customer development, account growth, and operational excellence. You will ensure smooth collaboration between Business Development, Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams, transforming customer opportunities into long-term partnerships and profitable business.

At TLT, we deliver advanced electronics and device manufacturing solutions for global customers. Our 55-hectare high-tech manufacturing park in Lithuania enables us to bring complex ideas to life through automation, robotics, and strong engineering expertise. 

This role combines leadership, customer strategy, and execution.

 

In this position, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers.
  • Own key customer portfolio performance, ensuring revenue growth, margin targets, and long-term partnerships.
  • Define account growth strategies together with Business Development Managers and ensure smooth customer handover.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives across existing customers.
  • Oversee major customer programs and ensure delivery excellence across cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality).
  • Act as escalation point for strategic customers and complex projects.

Monitor key business metrics (revenue, margin, PPV, inventory, AR, customer satisfaction). Standardize account management processes, reporting, and best practices.

  • Provide regular performance updates and forecasts to senior management.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance development of the Key Account Management team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Project Leadership within manufacturing / industrial / technology environments.
  • Previous people leadership experience or strong readiness to move into a team lead role.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to grow accounts and manage complex customer relationships.
  • Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • English at C1 level or higher.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, fast-growing organizations.

Salary 

Recognizing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer a competitive salary that reflects your skills and expertise. The salary for this position ranges from €25/hour - €30/hour (€ 4 200 - 5000 per month) before taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

* The employment contract states a fixed hourly salary before taxes.
