About the role

Founded in 2008 and stock-listed in 2015, Sinch has grown rapidly to become one of the world’s leading providers of Digital customer communications. The company has been profitable and cash generative since its foundation and has an explicit strategy to grow both organically and through acquisitions. The business is present across the Americas, EMEA and APAC and has completed 16 acquisitions since the IPO in 2015.

As Head of Investor Relations, you are responsible for the Sinch’s communication with the financial markets and interaction with the financial community. You collaborate with multiple stakeholders inside Sinch and work closely with Sinch’s CEO and CFO to ensure that the company’s differentiation and ability to create shareholder value is well-appreciated by analysts, investors and other key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Clear and concise articulation of Sinch’s overall equity story and subject-specific communications around specific industry themes and topics with financial analysts, investors and prospective investors.  
  • Ensuring that Sinch’s communications are handled in full compliance with regulatory requirements such as the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), Nasdaq Listing Rules, and Swedish Code of Corporate Governance.
  • Supporting Sinch’s management and board of directors in their interaction with the financial community.
  • Production of quarterly and annual reports, presentation materials and related collaterals (together with colleagues in Sinch’s finance organization and relevant third-party vendors).
  • Management of regulatory press release distribution.
  • Responsibility for IR-related tools and Sinch’s external Investor Relations website.

The role is based at Sinch’s headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. You will report to Sinch's Group CFO.

Requirements

To be successful in this role we believe that you have led the Investor Relations function or worked in the Investor Relations team of a listed company. Alternatively, you may have worked as a financial analyst or as an IR consultant.

We are looking for:

  • Extensive experience with financial analysis, writing reports and creating presentation materials.
  • Experience from businesses working in technology, software or telecommunications.
  • Strong networking and communication skills, where you appreciate regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail that result in high-quality work.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Fluent verbal and written Swedish and English.
