We’re looking for an experienced Head of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement to join our UK team in Kings Hill, Kent on a permanent basis. 

Westfalia Fruit is seeking a dynamic Head of Internal Communications & Employee Engagement to lead the development and execution of strategic internal communications that foster employee engagement and organisational alignment across our global operations. 

This pivotal role will drive story writing to enhance our internal communication channels, and champion a positive and informed workplace culture. As part of our newly defined operating model, you will lead the internal narrative, focusing on employee engagement, organisational strategy, and leadership alignment. 

We’re looking for a strategic storyteller who brings creative thinking, practical execution, and the ability to coach senior leaders to become effective communicators within their teams.

Requirements

• Solid experience in internal communications or employee engagement, within in a senior leadership role. 
• Proven success delivering global internal communication strategies to office and operational stuff. 
• Experience working in multinational, matrixed organisations with diverse teams. 
• Expertise in storytelling, change communication, and engagement planning. 
• Strong content creation skills with a flair for narrative and tone. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Workplace). 
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and coaching capabilities. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Results-driven with strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
