We're looking for a Head of Interfaces to lead the teams that shape how developers experience Supabase - Studio, CLI, Docs, and SDKs. You'll create the experience of what it feels like to build with us, and make sure the teams can execute on it.

You’ll also drive hiring, onboarding, and career development while maintaining high engineering standards.

What you’ll own:

  • Lead multiple product engineering teams (~15+ engineers and growing)

  • Set and maintain clear roadmaps aligned with Product priorities, with consistent milestones and delivery

  • Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development across your teams

  • Maintain high engineering standards: roadmap hygiene, issue tracking, test coverage, on-call, and responsiveness

  • Partner closely with Design and Product to translate vision into execution

  • Shape the end-to-end experience of building with Supabase

What you bring:

  • Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams delivering developer-facing products

  • Strong organizational and execution skills: setting roadmaps, driving accountability, and keeping teams moving under uncertainty

  • Experience hiring and scaling engineering teams

  • A strong point of view on developer experience and developer tooling

  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks, SDK design, API contracts, or similar

  • Experience managing remote, globally-distributed teams

  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, especially with Product and Design

  • Collaborative, low-ego, and adaptable

Hiring Process
