Head of Insurance Solutions

Our client, a leading global provider of insurance solutions, is seeking a strategic and innovative Head of Insurance Solutions to lead and oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive insurance products tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients across multiple industries.

Position Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of insurance product offerings, ensuring alignment with market trends, regulatory standards, and client needs. You will lead a dynamic team of insurance professionals, collaborating across departments to enhance product development and client service initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for insurance solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
  • Lead the product development process, from ideation to implementation, ensuring that offerings are competitive and compliant with regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to effectively promote insurance solutions, driving revenue growth and client engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and emerging risks, adapting product offerings to stay ahead of industry changes.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure ongoing alignment and satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their professional growth and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize offerings.
  • Participate in high-level strategic initiatives, providing insights on insurance-related matters.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in insurance product management, with a strong focus on solutions development in various sectors.
  • Excellent understanding of insurance markets, regulations, and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field preferred; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM) highly desirable.
