We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and operationally expert Head of People Operations to join our fast-growing Series B tech startup. The ideal candidate has a background in high-growth startups or consulting and thrives in environments where they must manage dozens of workflows simultaneously across HR operations. This role will own HR systems, benefits, and reporting and is critical in building and scaling our people processes, ensuring an outstanding employee experience, maintaining data hygiene, and driving compliance with tax and employment laws across multiple geographies. To be clear, we have HR Business Partners and People programs this role will lead HR Operations which consists of systems, benefits, and reporting.
You will work closely with leadership to develop systems and cycles that support the full employee lifecycle—including onboarding, benefits, performance reviews, HR metrics reporting, and compliance—all while keeping efficiency and scalability top of mind.
