Main Responsibilities

Build and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals.

Lead global recruitment processes end-to-end.
Oversee core HR operations (on/offboarding, HRIS, policies, compensation workflows).
Lead performance reviews and development processes.
Strengthen culture, engagement, and internal communication.
Ensure compliance with labor laws across all relevant locations.
