To act as the strategic HR Business Partner to business leadership, ensuring effective manpower planning (MPP), workforce cost control, organization design, hiring governance, performance management, and employee engagement aligned with Bosta’s growth and profitability objectives.
The job holder is partnering with functional heads (Operations, Commercial, Tech, Finance) to drive people's decisions impacting cost structure, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Lead annual and quarterly MPP cycles aligned with financial targets.
Monitor HC budget vs. actuals and drive manpower efficiency.
Review and optimize structures, spans, and role clarity.
Ensure alignment with grading and job evaluation framework.
Translate business growth into hiring plans while insure hiring Talents who are culture fit.
Ensure adherence to budget, capability, and timeline targets.
Lead calibration cycles and ensure alignment between KPIs and business outcomes.
Promote accountability and productivity focus.
Partner with leaders to maintain high engagement and retention.
Support change and restructuring initiatives.
Qualification
This position Requires analytical and evaluative thinking to balance growth demands with cost discipline, navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Accountable for workforce cost optimization, Talent Acquisition, organizational effectiveness, and performance governance, directly influencing productivity, engagement, and margin sustainability.
12+ years in HR, with strong HRBP and workforce planning exposure.
Financial literacy and data-driven decision-making capability.
Experience in fast-scaling, operationally intensive environments.
