We're a Series B-funded SaaS company powering the EV charging infrastructure revolution. In three years, we've scaled from 50 to 200 people across seven countries - and we're just getting started. Our platform enables some of the world's largest charge point operators to build and scale their EV charging businesses.
Now we need an HR leader who can match our ambition.
The Role
This isn't a traditional HR position. We're looking for a business leader who happens to specialize in people - someone who sees HR as a strategic lever for competitive advantage, not an administrative function.
You'll partner directly with our executive team and department heads to build the organizational capabilities we need for our next growth chapter. You'll inherit a solid foundation: established processes, a capable team, and a culture people genuinely care about. Your job is to take it further.
What You'll Own
Strategic Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all people matters - org design, talent strategy, succession planning, performance management
Translate business objectives into people priorities; ensure HR initiatives directly support business goals
Bring data and insight to leadership discussions, not just options
Organisational Excellence
Design and evolve structures, roles, and processes that enable high performance at scale
Build robust talent management practices: performance frameworks, development pathways, retention strategies
Establish workforce planning that anticipates needs 12 months ahead
Change Leadership
Lead the organisation through the inevitable transitions of a scaling company - new systems, evolving structures, shifting priorities
Build change capability across the organisation, not just within HR
Navigate the competition between moving fast and bringing and enabling people along
Team & Function Development
Lead and develop the HR team across operations, recruitment, and employee experience
Continuously improve HR service delivery through smart automation and process optimisation
Maintain the credibility of HR as a function that accelerates the business
What You Bring
Experience
8+ years in HR with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in a scaling tech/SaaS environment (100-500 employees)
Experience with international operations and multi-country employment complexity
Hands-on experience implementing HRIS, performance management, and compensation systems
Mindset
Business-first thinking - you understand business dynamics, and what it takes to build a sustainable company
Proactive by nature - you identify challenges before they become problems and opportunities before they become obvious
Comfortable with ambiguity - you can make sound decisions with incomplete information and adjust as you learn
Results-oriented - you measure success by business outcomes, not HR activity metrics
Skills
Exceptional ability to influence without authority and build trust across all levels
Strong analytical capabilities - you use data to diagnose issues, build cases, and track impact
Clear, direct communication style suited for a fast-moving environment
Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
What Success Looks Like
In 90 days: You understand our business model, have built relationships with every department head, and have identified 2-3 high-impact opportunities.
In 6 months: You've delivered measurable improvements in at least one critical area (retention, hiring velocity, manager effectiveness) and have a clear roadmap for the year.
Why Join Us
Impact at scale: Your decisions will directly shape how 200+ people work and grow
Seat at the table: Direct access to the CEO and executive team on matters that count
Category-defining company: We're building critical infrastructure for the future of e-mobility
Autonomy with accountability: Freedom to build, with clear expectations for results
Competitive package: Solid base for a leadership role that grows with your tenure
How to Apply
Send us your CV along with a brief note (no more than 300 words) on: What's the single most important thing an HR leader should focus on in a company scaling from 200 to 500 people - and why?
We're building a company where exceptional people do the best work of their careers. If that resonates, we'd love to hear from you.
