This is not a traditional marketing role.
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Growth to own and scale Landbot’s entire growth strategy, from acquisition to activation, retention and monetization.
You will work hand in hand with the founders and a lean, high-impact marketing team, with full ownership of growth initiatives and a direct impact on company revenue.
Your mission is to turn a great product into a predictable, scalable growth machine.

Own the end-to-end growth strategy across the full funnel:
Acquisition → Activation → Monetization → Retention
Define Landbot’s GTM roadmap together with the founders.
Build and scale a creator and influencer growth strategy to reach technical GTM audiences through trusted voices in the ecosystem (no-code, automation, RevOps, AI, SaaS)
Identify and prioritize the biggest growth opportunities across different marketing channels.
Build a scalable and repeatable growth model focused on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Drive a culture of experimentation and continuous optimization in the Marketing team.
Optimize performance marketing, PLG, SEO/AEO, and community-led growth strategies tailored to attract technical audiences.
Accelerate lead and signup generation through both paid and organic channels.
Own core Growth and Marketing metrics.
Analyze the full user journey from first touch to paid conversion.
Design, execute and scale high-impact growth experiments (funnels, onboarding, pricing, messaging, channels).
Build dashboards and reporting to track performance and guide decision-making.
Turn insights into clear priorities and execution plans.
Design and implement A/B tests, experiments and CRO strategies to improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
Analyze user behavior and cohorts to detect friction points, opportunities and growth levers.
Implement advanced automation and lifecycle marketing flows (onboarding, activation, nurture, expansion).
You will live in tools like:

Lead and coordinate a lean, high-impact marketing and growth team, ensuring clear priorities, focus and accountability.
Work closely with the Leadership team to translate growth strategy into concrete execution plans and quarterly objectives.
Align and collaborate with Product, Sales, Support and Customer Success teams to ensure consistency across messaging, campaigns and user experience.
Oversee the execution of key growth initiatives across acquisition, activation and monetization.
Manage external partners and agencies (paid media, SEO, creators, content) to drive performance and results.
Build scalable processes, workflows and rituals for growth execution and experimentation.
Mentor and develop team members as Landbot’s growth organization scales.
You will work directly with the founders on growth strategy and business priorities.
You will collaborate with a lean, high-performing marketing team.
You will partner closely with: Product, Engineering, Finance, & GTM.
You will have full ownership, autonomy and accountability.
Lead, develop and scale the growth and marketing team as Landbot continues to expand
+5 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, marketing, product or revenue roles.
Proven experience scaling a SaaS product in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment.
Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of SaaS metrics.
Experience building and scaling influencer marketing channel.
Track record of running high-impact growth experiments.
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
Strong business mindset: you think in revenue, not just leads.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
You are fluent in English and Spanish
Eligibility to work in Spain
Experience in AI agent, chatbot, or marketing automation.
Background in startups or scaleups.
Experience building and leading growth teams.
International experience in SaaS at 5M-20M€ ARR.
