Head of Ecosystem & Community (Rollup Infrastructure)

Location: Remote - US or Europe

Compensation: $150K - $220K

We are an ambitious, early-stage infrastructure company backed by leading figures in the Ethereum ecosystem. Our bold vision is to revolutionize rollup design by achieving synchronous cross-chain composability. We are building a modular rollup framework that allows individual chains to remain sovereign while enabling atomic, seamless interactions—eliminating the need for trusted bridges or brittle asynchronous calls.

We are pioneering a new architecture where app-specific layers can interoperate as smoothly as smart contracts on a single chain. We are seeking a crypto-native Head of Ecosystem & Community to drive adoption, build our developer community, and communicate our vision for a composable future.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy to build and scale our developer ecosystem, drive the adoption of our modular rollup technology, and amplify our technical vision within the broader crypto community.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment: Work directly with the co-founders to ensure all community and ecosystem initiatives are aligned with the company's core strategic goals and technical roadmap.
• Community Building: Build, nurture, and grow a vibrant developer community focused on leveraging our technology, specifically our Appchain Platform (referred to as Pylon).
• GTM Execution: Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns for our first-party application chain (confidential at this time).
• Content Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact content strategies across various channels, fostering deep technical engagement with developers and infrastructure communities.
• Partnership Development: Proactively identify and drive partnerships with app developers, protocols, and foundational projects to grow our user base and expand the adoption of our Appchain Platform (Pylon) and our Data Availability solutions (DA Builder).
• Brand Representation: Represent the company at major industry events (virtual and in-person) to build brand authority and clearly articulate our groundbreaking vision for unified, composable rollups.

Requirements

• Crypto-Native Depth: Must be deeply crypto-native, possessing a genuine, demonstrable passion for blockchain, decentralization, and the future of web infrastructure.
• Technical Understanding: Strong practical and theoretical understanding of rollups, layer 2 solutions, DeFi, and the technical landscape surrounding Ethereum scalability.
• Strategic Execution: Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel GTM campaigns and ecosystem development strategies.

Nice to Have

• Industry Engagement: Regularly consumes crypto-focused technical content (e.g., listening to 10+ hours/month of relevant podcasts).
• Technical Background: A technical background or demonstrable familiarity with core concepts in rollups, consensus, or modular infrastructure.
• Social Presence: A solid social media presence (e.g., X/Twitter) with a track record of producing engaging or technical content.
• Design Skills: Basic design skills and experience supporting content creation or brand materials.
