W Health has set up India’s first healthcare focused Venture Studio called 2070Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech , BabyMD and Everhope Oncology.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth Ownership
- Lead the overall growth strategy across both patient acquisition and clinic engagement channels.
- Design and implement scalable growth frameworks that drive awareness, activation, and retention across preventive health programs.
- Own growth KPIs, including CAC, conversion rates, LTV, and program adoption metrics across clinics.
Demand Generation & Marketing
- Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies leveraging both digital and offline channels.
- Expand the startup’s brand narrative and positioning around preventive health.
- Execute campaigns to generate structured demand within clinics — including walk-ins, patient panels, and local community activations.
Product & Data Integration
- Work cross-functionally with product and tech teams to improve user journeys, engagement flows, and CRM automations.
- Use data analytics, cohort analysis, and A/B testing to continuously refine growth levers.
- Build dashboards and reporting structures that measure performance in real time.
Clinic & Pharma Ecosystem Partnerships
- Collaborate with the Operations and Supply teams to design joint campaigns for new preventive programs.
- Build relationships with pharmaceutical and diagnostic partners to align go-to-market strategies.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary growth team spanning digital marketing, CRM, and community partnerships.
- Foster a high-accountability culture focused on measurable outcomes and disciplined experimentation.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in growth, marketing, or business leadership roles — preferably in consumer health, digital health, or tech-enabled services.
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across both B2C and B2B2C channels.
- Prior experience scaling early-stage ventures or leading growth at high-velocity startups; familiarity with zero-to-one and one-to-ten scaling phases.
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, particularly primary care, diagnostics, or preventive health is a major plus.
- Experience working closely with product, marketing, and partnerships teams to drive integrated growth strategies.
Skill Set
- Deep expertise in growth strategies, customer lifecycle automation, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to leverage data, experimentation, and cohort analysis to drive decision-making.
- Fluency in digital platforms (Meta, Google, CRM/automation tools) and comfort with analytics stacks (GA4, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Sharp storytelling and brand-building instincts to make preventive health aspirational and accessible.
