The Role
As our Head of Growth, you’ll be the strategic and operational leader responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across our products. You’ll work directly with the President to define the growth strategy, build out our growth stack, run experiments, and scale winning campaigns.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, performance, and ownership. You should be comfortable both crafting strategy and getting into the execution details.

The salary range for this role is $179,000 - $236,500. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. FL105 currently offers healthcare coverage, annual incentive program, retirement benefits and a broad range of other benefits. Compensation and benefits information is based on FL105's good faith estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future.
