If you want to be a part of this journey, just keep reading. As Head of FP&A at Insider, you will be at the heart of financial decision-making. You will lead our FP&A team to deliver accurate reporting, thoughtful budgeting, and sharp financial insights across all business units. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
  • You will oversee all budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring financial targets are aligned with our strategic goals.
  • You will manage the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages across our global entities.
  • You will partner closely with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely audit processes.
  • You will deliver clear, concise, and data-backed reporting to investors and board members, turning complex figures into compelling financial narratives.
  • You will identify risks and opportunities in financial performance and proactively drive course-corrective actions with leadership.
  • You will guide the design and implementation of scalable reporting tools and dashboards to support cross-functional visibility.
  • You will lead and grow the FP&A team, mentoring analysts and managers to become strategic business partners.
  • You will work closely with the CFO and executive team to support M&A assessments, scenario modeling, and capital allocation planning.
  • We’d love to hear from you if:
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s or relevant certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
  • You bring 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or financial audit — preferably in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
  • You have solid experience managing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial consolidation processes across multiple entities or regions.
  • You’re a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills — you don’t just report numbers; you interpret and challenge them.
  • You’re confident communicating with senior stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and C-level executives.
  • You’ve successfully led and developed high-performing finance teams, with a proven ability to coach and delegate effectively.
  • You’re structured, self-motivated, and thrive in ambiguity — you can prioritize, execute, and pivot when needed.
  • You have excellent business judgment and can translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • You’re fluent in English and experienced in working across international teams in fast-paced environments.
