The role is a 6 month backfill Head of FP&A to lead BAU reporting and planning processes whilst we implement a new FP&A tool (Tagetik).
As the temporary Head of FP&A, you will lead the Group financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions within a regulated business environment. This role is key in driving strategic decision-making, managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering MI to support the organization's growth and financial health.
Leading a team of 4-5 individuals, you will support planning processes and monthly management reporting, bringing fresh perspective and best practice insights to the team. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, Finance CoE’s (Financial Control, Treasury, Business Partners and cross-functional teams (Revenue/Commercial) to and to communicate the Group’s combined performance along with actionable strategic and commercial insights and align financial strategies with business objectives.
We are looking for an established and experienced hands-on Head of FP&A to lead, develop and grow the existing team/processes through this period of significant change.
