About Us
We are Ocado Solutions, and we lead our global corporate partnerships, delivering the cutting-edge Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) to top-tier retailers around the world. OSP offers a comprehensive solution combining advanced automation technology with end-to-end software applications, enabling retailers to operate world-class online grocery businesses. Our platform ensures optimal operational efficiency, exceptional customer experience, and superior service for our partners. Since 2017, we’ve secured agreements with some of the world’s largest grocers, including Groupe Casino (France), Sobeys (Canada), ICA (Sweden), Kroger (USA), Coles (Australia), AEON (Japan), Alcampo (Spain), Bon Preu (Spain), Lotte (South Korea), Auchan (Poland), Panda (Saudi), and our UK partner Morrisons, alongside the Ocado/M&S joint venture.
About the Role
As the Head of Fleet Optimisation, you will lead a pivotal 12-month program focused on transforming our partners' fleet performance and efficiency globally. This role requires a visionary leader to develop and deliver a comprehensive Fleet Optimisation Programme aimed at reducing operating costs (fuel, maintenance, insurance) and significantly increasing driver and asset safety through data-driven best practices.
Key deliverables include creating a Fleet Scorecard, developing a Fleet Optimisation Playbook and training, and implementing structured improvement programs for partners. Since fleets are partner-owned, success depends on your ability to drive change through influence and negotiation, not direct control. You will also provide strategic input to our Product Team on technological enhancements within the Ocado Smart Platform (OSP). This is a high-impact role for an experienced optimisation manager ready to deliver measurable results.
