In this role, you will:

Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to enhance team performance and satisfaction.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and other teams.

Facilitate clear communication between departments to align development efforts with business goals.

Prepare regular reports for senior management on project progress, team performance and technical issues
Engage with customers to gather requirements, provide technical expertise and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead efforts to improve development processes, boost system performance, and enhance product quality.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 25Eur/h up to 40Eur/h (~4200—6700Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
