We’re looking for a Head of E-commerce Operations
This is not a maintenance role. This is a growth engine.
What You'll Own
- Full DTC P&L — You’re accountable for driving revenue and margin across our Shopify store.
- CRO & Site Performance — You’ll test, optimize, and ship site updates weekly. You know your way around Shopify, custom landing pages, and A/B tools.
- Ad Platform Strategy — You’ll partner with media buyers to scale Meta, Google, YouTube, and Affiliate while owning cross-channel strategy and budget pacing.
- Retention & Lifecycle — You’ll own our Klaviyo and Attentive programs. Think: flows, campaigns, segmentation, upsells, subscription strategy.
- Attribution & Analytics — You’ll live in Northbeam, post-purchase surveys, and cohort data to make decisions. You’re allergic to guesswork.
- CX Feedback Loop — You’ll build a tight loop with our CX and product teams to identify churn risks, bugs, and new revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading ecommerce at a high-growth DTC brand (ideally CPG, consumables, or health/wellness)

Deep Shopify Plus experience — theme customization, app management, and conversion logic are second nature

Fluent across platforms — You speak Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Northbeam, and post-purchase survey data fluently. You don’t wait on a report—you build it.

Creative intuition + analytical rigor — You know when to test, when to double down, and when to kill a loser.
- Leadership — You’ve built, led, and leveled-up high-performing cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points
- Experience in subscriptions, influencer affiliate programs, and retail-to-DTC funnel coordination
- Past work scaling from $10M → $100M+
- Obsessed with hydration, wellness, or performance optimization

Base salary: USD $3000 – $4,500/month (more for the right fit)
