Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  1. Planning and executing, developing strategic plans for the workgroup, managing execution, and measuring results.
  2. Plan and execute strategies to increase sales as per budgetary expectations while controlling operational costs & Identifies trends and forecasts of the yearly Budget.
  3. Plan and implement marketing initiatives as per EBO’s of the Brand to achieve the company’s business objectives as per expectation.
  4. Review Profit & Loss statements to measure the profitability of business & communicate results regularly to management.
  5. Collaborate with support functional teams like Marketing, IT, Supply Chain & Logistics, Customer Care, Finance & Accounts to execute company initiatives.
  6. Managing vendors for application improvement/bug fixing/ new features addition.
  7. Participating in cross-functional teams to enhance the service experience for customers and increase profitability, including identifying, planning, and executing opportunities for growth.

  4. MIS & Reporting
  5. Website & Content Management
  6. Digital Marketing
  7. Email Marketing
