Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing, developing strategic plans for the workgroup, managing execution, and measuring results.
- Plan and execute strategies to increase sales as per budgetary expectations while controlling operational costs & Identifies trends and forecasts of the yearly Budget.
- Plan and implement marketing initiatives as per EBO’s of the Brand to achieve the company’s business objectives as per expectation.
- Review Profit & Loss statements to measure the profitability of business & communicate results regularly to management.
- Collaborate with support functional teams like Marketing, IT, Supply Chain & Logistics, Customer Care, Finance & Accounts to execute company initiatives.
- Managing vendors for application improvement/bug fixing/ new features addition.
- Participating in cross-functional teams to enhance the service experience for customers and increase profitability, including identifying, planning, and executing opportunities for growth.
