Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing (Growth) with a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and driving measurable revenue growth across various digital channels. This individual will take the ownership of engaging and acquiring the target audience, driving and owning subscription revenues, and enhancing the brand presence of this B2B SaaS business. The Head of Growth will deliver on key projects and initiatives that are critical to the FL100 business, including digital go-to-market (GTM)strategy and execution, partnership with large platforms, and digital product creation and evolution.
The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of the online small and medium sized business (SMB) needs across online advertising, consumption, and measurement. They will use their influence and relationship-building skills to discover the evolving business needs of SMBs and develop and execute strategies to shape how new and existing businesses grow. They anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the trends that shape the business vertical and clearly articulate how FL100 can grow its businesses. The successful candidate will work closely with FL100 leadership and directly contribute to the company's success by facilitating its commercial growth. The ideal candidate must be an independent, open-minded, goal-oriented strategic business thinker with excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
