Oversee the architectural design of Ajaib's digital banking cloud infrastructure, managing high availability of financial services, while leading a team of DevOps and SRE professionals.
You will be the primary steward of Ajaib’s systems availability and cloud strategy. Your role is to evolve our infrastructure into a self-healing, "regulator-ready" environment that scales effortlessly with our user base while maintaining the highest levels of financial security.
1. Systems Governance & Resilience: Oversee the architectural design and maintenance of our digital banking cloud infrastructure. You will deeply understand the business to manage the high availability of financial services, continuously improving our business SLAs.
2. SRE & Operational Excellence: Lead the response to production faults, coordinating across product and engineering teams to ensure rapid troubleshooting. You will own key reliability metrics, including fault response time and Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).
3. Security & Compliance Leadership: Develop and enforce rigorous security policies to safeguard sensitive financial information. You will ensure our data storage and cloud deployments remain in full compliance with industry regulations and emerging cybersecurity standards.
4. Talent Alchemy & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of 7-10 DevOps and SRE professionals. You will foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, empowering your team through technical guidance and formal leadership.
