We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Demand Generation, Americas to drive marketing strategy and execution across the region. This role is essential to building brand awareness, generating demand, and accelerating pipeline growth for Benchling’s solutions. You will develop and lead integrated marketing programs—spanning field marketing, regional campaigns, digital tactics, and more—that align with regional sales objectives and drive measurable business outcomes.
As a player-coach, you will lead and mentor a high-performing team while also being hands-on in executing key initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in demand generation and field marketing within enterprise B2B SaaS, along with experience managing and developing teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, applying a data-driven approach to decision-making and being a trusted partner to Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and the broader marketing organization to drive business outcomes..
This is a hybrid in-office role at our San Francisco headquarters.
Flexible Hybrid Work: We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes in-office collaboration. Employees are expected to be on-site 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
Benchling takes a market-based approach to pay. The candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and work location. For this role the base salary range is $185,000 - $275,000.
