As Head of Data at Digital Forms, you will be responsible for translating business goals into measurable outcomes. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their challenges, design actionable KPIs, and implement the data flows and dashboards needed to drive decision-making. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on data expertise, and outstanding communication skills. You’ll be a key player in delivering high-impact digital transformation solutions for our international clients.
Lead the company’s data strategy in alignment with business objectives and client goals.
Work closely with clients to understand their business context, define success metrics, and design clear, actionable KPIs.
Design and implement efficient data flows, pipelines, and architectures for business intelligence and reporting.
Build and manage dashboards that support executive-level decision-making and operational optimization.
Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, marketing, and sales, to deliver data-driven solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting, and automation internally and for clients.
Proven experience in designing and implementing dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or similar.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and modern data stacks.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and SQL proficiency.
Ability to design scalable data architectures and optimize performance across systems.
Demonstrated ability to set up data tracking and analytics for digital transformation use cases.
Excellent spoken and written English; able to work closely with international clients.
Strong consulting mindset with the ability to understand business goals and turn them into data solutions.
Comfortable leading discovery sessions, presenting insights, and defining success metrics with clients.
Clear, structured communicator who can explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.
Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
