What we’re looking for…

As a Senior Leader, you will lead a specific Channel unit to excellence.. You will nurture customer relationships and execute sales plans tailored to the unique needs of this sector. You’ll leverage shopper insights, drive field-based objectives, and foster a high-performance culture where everyone feels empowered to contribute.

This includes managing commercial agreements internally and externally, leveraging category and shopper insights, driving operational and field-based objectives, and fostering the growth and development of your team through effective training and leadership.

We are looking for a Senior Leader who provides exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and operational expertise to drive superior results and deliver against ambitious business objectives and strategic targets. The ideal candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team and foster a high-performance culture.

Your responsibilities will include...

What you’ll bring...

Channel Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the convenience channel with a track record of success.

Insight-Led Strategy: Experience using data (such as Circana) to build compelling ranging arguments.

Leadership Presence: Significant senior experience leading teams within an FMCG environment, with a focus on inspiring others and navigating complex dynamics.

Commercial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including P&L responsibility.

Communication: A flexible style that allows you to engage effectively at all levels, constructing clear and persuasive business cases.
