Define and implement the commercialization strategy for innovative brain-computer interface technology while building essential partnerships and driving market validation.
Develop and execute a holistic commercial strategy across:
Non-medical (tech partnerships, platforms)
Medical (biopharma, clinics, research institutions)
Own sequencing of markets, segments, and use cases (what to do first vs. later)
Identify and prioritize highest-value market entry points and use cases
Align commercial efforts with product, clinical, and R&D milestones
Build and manage relationships across industry stakeholders (tech + healthcare)
Secure high-impact LOIs, pilots, and strategic collaborations
Support fundraising by demonstrating credible commercial traction
12–18+ years across commercial strategy, partnerships, and/or revenue leadership
Experience spanning both healthcare/medtech and adjacent industries (tech, data, platforms)
Proven ability to make and own critical decisions on market selection, segmentation, and prioritization of initial use cases
Track record of building new markets or categories
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Strong storytelling ability for technical, clinical, and investor audiences
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and long development timelines
Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and create outcomes from zero (no structure, no product, no brand)
