This role is about building a consistent and effective pipeline of leads targeting HR and People leaders, insurers, and employee benefits providers. You’ll position the company across a wide range of commercial prospects, from SMEs to large corporates and partners in the insurance space.With demand for virtual and hybrid healthcare growing over 10% annually, there’s a major opportunity to drive fast, scalable growth.

The role: You'll own lead generation end-to-end. This role is all about being hands-on, managing and overseeing our B2B activities: copy and content creation; designing and imagining multi-channel campaign plans; managing our CRM platform; developing automated GTM sequences, building campaigns, running experiments, and hiring agencies/freelancers where needed.

You’ll oversee lead generation end-to-end exploring all of our routes to market; from AI powered automated campaigns to in-person trade shows. Blending the traditional to leading edge techniques, you’ll be encouraged and supported to test, experiment and find out what works.

  • Remuneration: From £80,000 Per anum DOE

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

  • Map the buying committee and decision process for insurers, PMIs, benefit providers, large employers and SMEs undertaking research to hone our proposition and messaging
  • Develop compelling content, copy and design and launch razor sharp positioning and messaging by segment
  • Based on buyer insights, develop hypotheses about which channels might work (cold outbound, partnerships with brokers/consultants, LinkedIn, industry events, referrals)
  • Develop repeatable lead gen channels and activities – cold automated outbound, partner referrals, content, events – find out what works and then double down and invest
  • Generate qualified leads and meetings for the Sales team
  • Build and optimize the lead nurture infrastructure (HubSpot workflows, sequences, basic automation)
  • Create the sales assets needed to close deals (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies) -
  • Present your monthly plans in a clear, concise way and report each activity’s effectiveness to increase our ROI
  • Track against core KPIs and objectives, with a clear indication of what works and what doesn’t

Requirements

You don't need all of these - if you're strong on 1-2 and willing to figure out the rest, that works.

  • Channel experimentation for enterprise buyers - You've found and proven lead gen approaches for complex B2B sales. You blend data, research and instinct about what might work, test fast, and follow the evidence. Whether that's cold outbound, partnerships, events, or something else.
  • Customer discovery and positioning - You can run JTBD interviews, extract real insights, and translate them into messaging that resonates. You understand the difference between what buyers say they want and what actually drives decisions.
  • Hands-on execution - You're comfortable building whatever channel you test yourself. Writing email copy, setting up outreach automation using the latest AI platforms, setting up HubSpot workflows, designing partnership programs, creating sales decks. You don't need a big team to ship work.
  • Stage-relevant experience. You've taken a channel from experimental to working at a B2B company with complex, committee-based sales. Ideally you've done this in healthtech, SaaS, or another regulated industry where buyers move slowly and care about compliance.
  • Commercially minded. You understand enterprise sales cycles. You know the difference between a lead and a qualified opportunity. You can work productively with sales without needing to own the entire funnel. You are able to develop compelling case studies and ROI models to talk to the commercial side of a prospect
