Job Overview:
The Head of Product - Sportsbook will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our sports betting product strategy. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sports, a deep understanding of user experience, and a proven track record in delivering successful sportsbook products.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and execute the overall sportsbook product strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the online casino sector.
Product Development: Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring high-quality and user-centric solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics, to bring new features and improvements to market.
User Experience: Drive the enhancement of the sportsbook user interface and overall user experience. Conduct usability studies, gather user feedback, and leverage data analytics to make informed decisions about product improvements.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies within the online casino sector. Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
Product Roadmap:Develop and maintain a comprehensive casino product roadmap, outlining key milestones and deliverables. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, player value, and technical feasibility.
Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product priorities and goals. Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies for new product releases.
What you will need to have to excel in this role:
Proven experience in a senior product management role within the iGaming industry, with a focus on casino products
Strong understanding of online casino gaming, player behavior, and market dynamics
Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact casino product initiatives and achieving business objectives
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
