THE ROLE 📝

As Head of Business Performance at Form3, reporting to the CFO, you will play a central role in shaping executive governance, operational cadence and driving company-wide performance. You will embed a robust performance and governance framework that connects strategy, financial planning and execution. 

Operational Cadence & Executive Governance 

  • Own and evolve the Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR) framework, delivering concise, insight-led reporting on performance, risks and opportunities.
  • Lead executive action tracking through E-Team forums, ensuring clear accountability and disciplined follow-through on priorities.
  • Working with the EAs to establish effective governance of E-Team forums
  • Strengthen executive decision-making and board reporting cycles, ensuring alignment between board objectives and operational delivery. 

Business Performance & Strategic Alignment 

  • Lead the company’s business performance strategy, aligning long-term priorities with operational delivery.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define clear performance targets linked to enterprise value creation.
  • Design and manage OKRs and KPIs, ensuring line-of-sight from strategic objectives to team-level outcomes.
  • Prepare and present executive and board-level performance updates. 

Cross-Functional Programme & Transformation Leadership 

  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives with clear scope, ownership and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish and lead robust programme governance, including milestone tracking, risk management and executive escalation. 

 

WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🔍

We’re seeking a strategic and analytically strong leader to partner closely with the CFO and Executive Team to drive business performance and strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll translate strategy into clear priorities, measurable outcomes and disciplined delivery across the organisation. 

Essential 

  • 5+ years’ experience in business performance management, strategic planning, consulting, or similar.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing company-wide performance management frameworks, particularly OKR- and KPI-led environments, in complex or scaling organisations.
  • Experience establishing and running executive operating cadence, including E-Team forums, performance reviews, board reporting cycles and cross-functional alignment rhythms.
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms, planning tools).
  • Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership teams and board-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional project and programme management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments. 

Desirable 

  • Experience within a high-growth or scaling technology business.
  • Familiarity with financial modelling, budgeting processes and commercial performance analysis.
  • Experience working closely with founders, CEOs or executive teams in a Chief of Staff or similar capacity.
