About Kasada
Join us in stopping bad bots, for good! Kasada protects millions of online users everyday. Founded to stop automated bot attacks, we believe the internet should be a safe place for everyone. Bad bots are highly destructive. They take over accounts, steal content, overload systems and infrastructure and cause billions of dollars in damages every year. Seeking to restore trust in the internet, Kasada stops bots at the very first request including those that have never been seen before.

About the role
This role will establish how the company plans, tracks performance and delivers on its priorities, introducing structure, clarity and accountability across the leadership team. Partnering closely with the CFO and CEO, it ensures that strategy is translated into execution through disciplined planning, reporting, risk management and follow-through.
What you will be doing;
Establishing company KPIs with Finance and LT and embedding a structured monthly performance review process
Selecting and implementing the right tools (using existing systems where possible) to track KPIs, priorities and actions
Redesigning how LT meetings operate — what is reviewed weekly vs monthly, what requires decisions, and how follow-up is tracked
Driving accountability across LT by ensuring priorities have named owners, deadlines and visible progress
Maintaining a live company-wide priority and action tracker and escalating slippage where needed
Partnering with Field CTO/SVP Sales on implementation of the new GTM engine and HubSpot, ensuring reporting aligns with company KPIs
Working with Fractional Head of P&C to define the enterprise systems and operating model, including how systems are integrated and how capability is resourced
Helping CFO and Field CTO structure a scalable contracts and NDA process, including workflow, use of AI tools and external legal support
Owning and modernising the RACI so accountability is clear and reflects how the company actually operates
Redesigning the risk register and defining a clear corporate risk management approach and policy
Designing and running the annual planning cycle (Sept/Oct), ensuring strategy, priorities and budget align
Supporting and coordinating board paper preparation (with CEO, EA and Finance), ensuring KPIs, risks and priority updates are clear and delivered on time
Introducing structured Quarterly Business Reviews once the core operating foundations are in place
What you'll bring;
Experience in a senior operations, transformation or business operations role in a complex organisation.
A track record of setting up and running operating cadence (planning cycles, performance reviews, exec reporting).
Strong program and project management skills — able to run large cross-functional initiatives and see them through to completion.
Comfortable working directly with executives and supporting senior forums (LT, board), including preparing materials and driving follow-up.
Able to take broad or ambiguous priorities and turn them into clear plans with owners, timelines and outcomes.
Experience supporting or running annual operating plans and quarterly business reviews.
Experience in risk management and governance, including maintaining risk registers, tracking actions and supporting board-level reporting.
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to work across teams and bring people together to get things done.
Exposure to business systems, transformation or platform change, and able to work with technical teams to improve processes and tools.
Previous experience in a listed environment and/or high growth technology business would be favourably considered.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure discussions and present clearly to senior stakeholders.
