MISSION :
To expand Coface Business Information (BI) market share in assigned territories by evaluating sales opportunities with the objective to grow the revenue through different channels including direct sales, partnerships and cross-sell.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute on Coface Group’s BI strategy in Vietnam with medium-term objectives and long-term vision
- Clear definition and execution of GTM strategy
- Manage and lead BI sales team members to execute the strategy in Vietnam and deliver results
- Drive incremental Coface BI revenue through new and existing channel partnerships
- Provide progress updates and sales forecast for Vietnam
- Work closely with Coface product teams to push for any product enhancements required to be successful in the Vietnamese market
- Build a presence in targeted industries through events and association presence and presentations
- Collaborate with regional and global management stakeholders to develop business and account plans and go-to-market strategy and tactics
- Manage a steady stream of sales pipeline, ensure CRM discipline and hygiene
- Run cadence with regional team and partners to ensure there is a strong path to meet and exceed the revenue commitments
- Represent Business Information and our solutions at external events and work closely with marketing team to build impactful content for the market
- Ensure team members and partners are enabled and trained sufficiently to sell Coface propositions to the Vietnamese market
- Act as a first escalation point for any issues in the region
- Accuracy in forecasting of sales and revenue targets
- Ensure client NPS scores meet or exceed global benchmarks
- Degree in a relevant discipline, MBA preferred
- 10-15 years experience in a channel sales/partnership sales role with at least 3-5 years in a role that demanded creation of new products/market/client segments
- Experience in co-creating propositions
- Experience in defining GTM strategy and disciplined in execution
- Possess strong networking and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
- Previously / Currently in a sales/sales leadership role with one of the data service providers or risk management solution providers with a good understanding of the data ecosystem is a plus
