Ensure regional production operates predictably and that global display operations processes are consistently applied.
Hold ultimate accountability for creative quality across the region, monitoring consistency and addressing recurring issues.
Collaborate with the Global Head of Display Operations to align workflows, share regional insights, and resolve structural challenges.
Partner with the Group Technical Design Head to address advanced technical needs and adjust workflows when required.
