Scalable Capital is seeking an exceptional Head of Austria (m/f/x) to spearhead our expansion and establish our position as the leading investment platform in the Austrian market. We are looking for a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives on being at the forefront of market development.
In this role, you will be the ultimate growth leader for Austria, responsible for aggressively driving user acquisition and establishing Scalable Capital as a household name. You'll be highly visible in the market, actively building our brand and fostering strong relationships.
- Be the face of Scalable Capital in Austria: Become synonymous with Scalable Capital in the local market. You'll proactively engage with the media, participate in industry events, and champion our brand through inspiring thought leadership across various channels, including press, podcasts, and social media.
- Drive exponential user acquisition: Lead the charge on user acquisition with a relentless focus on growth. You'll leverage our multi-channel marketing expertise while injecting your own innovative ideas and executing strategies to significantly expand our user base in Austria.
- Pioneer market awareness & brand building: Take charge of building and amplifying Scalable Capital's brand awareness in Austria. This means actively seeking out opportunities for press coverage, appearing on podcasts, engaging in public speaking at key events, and cultivating a strong social media presence.
- Strategic market development: Identify and forge key partnerships with local providers essential to delivering, distributing and enhancing our proposition.
- Optimize for Success: Diligently analyse market trends and business performance, identifying areas for improvement to ensure we deliver a first-rate service to our Austrian clients. You'll collaborate across the international broker business team to share insights, implement best practices, and scale our proposition effectively.
- Champion Client Satisfaction: Work closely with our client services team to ensure we consistently deliver best-in-class customer service that delights our Austrian users.
- In-depth knowledge of the Austrian market
- Strong experience in an entrepreneurial environment creating/scaling/driving a successful financially orientated business
- Experience in selling into the Austrian market or representing a business in Austria
- Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
- Passion for investing, trading and digital products
- Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience - teammate, stakeholder or executive
- Hands-on mentality: the ability to work independently and get things done
- Energy and drive to create a successful business over time
- Fluent English and German language communication skills
