Head of APAC Commercial Growth (Pay Per Hire)

The Opportunity

This is your chance to build SEEK’s Pay Per Hire business across four APAC markets — a new engine for growth within a purpose-led technology company. You’ll be shaping the future of recruitment by leading world-class teams and turning product investment into real-world, commercial outcomes.

• Play a pivotal role in launching and scaling SEEK’s next-generation pay-for-placement solution
• Own the commercial P&L across four APAC markets: AU, HK, SG, MY
• Partner with Product, Tech and Sales leaders to deliver world-class experiences and outcomes
• Build a high-performance ecosystem across sales, fulfilment, experimentation and revenue growth
• Influence SEEK’s commercial trajectory at a time of major product transformation

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the commercial strategy, execution and P&L for Pay Per Hire across APAC
• Lead dedicated teams in Sales, Operations and Growth/Analytics to drive placement and revenue
• Build scalable GTM models across funnel optimisation, pricing, lifecycle and channel strategy
• Improve fulfilment velocity and time-to-fill through delivery excellence and workforce planning
• Run a disciplined experimentation and analytics program across acquisition, fulfilment and monetisation
• Partner with Product and Tech to drive automation, pricing, and performance at scale

What We’re Looking For

• Proven commercial leadership in tech, SaaS or marketplaces with full P&L accountability
• Strong experience across sales execution, fulfilment, growth and analytics
• Deep knowledge of funnel instrumentation, cohort analysis, pricing strategy and sales enablement
• Success leading multi-market teams in complex, high-growth environments
• A pragmatic operator with a systems mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to influence cross-functionally and build strong partnerships with Product and Tech
