Head of Advertising & Performance Marketing
Location: Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
- Set and build advertising and performance marketing strategies, with ongoing monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Leverage data in collaboration with the in-house data analysis team to deeply understand customer behavior from the product owner’s perspective.
- Identify new audiences, uncover pain points, and develop innovative conversion strategies.
- Take full ownership of the budget and forecasting, and be accountable for both successes and failures, with support from a Director of Advertising for mentorship and business integration.
- Gain hands-on experience with AI-driven advertising, including automation, predictive bidding, and creative AI optimization, to future-proof your career.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Performance Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience managing large digital advertising budgets (ideally USD 1M+ per month).
- Deep expertise in Meta and Google advertising ecosystems.
- Proven track record in improving CAC efficiency and scaling customer acquisition.
- Solid understanding of LTV, ROAS, attribution modeling, and cohort-based performance analysis.
