Position Summary


The Head of Account Management will lead the account management division, overseeing strategic relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through outstanding client service, operational excellence, and data-driven account strategies. 


Key Responsibilities


Duties will include but are not limited too: 


  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of account managers to deliver exceptional partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with company revenue objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C partners, ensuring proactive handling of issues and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and operations teams to enhance the partner and player experience.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and use insights to identify upselling and optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to contract negotiations and renewals with key strategic clients.
  • Represent the account management function in executive meetings and industry events.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to constantly improve and optimize both the internal and operational flows with client's best interest in mind
  • Oversee the team budget to maximize operational efficiency
  • Providing reports and insight to stakeholders on request
  • Any other tasks and duties as is seen fit by the company


Requirements: 

  • Experience in both regulated and non-regulated markets as well as a good experience in leading a team is mandatory.
  • A proven track record in managing high-value client portfolios and achieving revenue targets. We are also interested in a deep understanding of iGaming trends, compliance, and customer behaviour.   
  • This role requires a strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, regulatory landscape, and player acquisition/retention dynamics.
  • Available to travel internationally as needed.
